Mr. Simon Bao joined Wanda Realm Zhangzhou as the General Manager on January 1st 2020. He has been deeply involved in the hotel industry and has more than 30 years of hotel management experience, which has given him an extraordinary leadership, unique market insights, and real hospitality.
鲍方先生的酒店职业生涯始于上海静安希尔顿酒店，并先后于新世界酒店管理公司，希尔顿、雅高、万豪酒店管理集团及万达酒店管理公司旗下多家五星级酒店担任要职。鲍方先生运用其多年积累的宝贵经验、创新的管理理念、非凡的领导力，在2020年-2021年疫情艰难时期，多次精准调整市场策略，克服困难，带领漳州万达嘉华酒店管理团队，秉持“知所需，心安为嘉”的品牌理念，不断提升酒店服务品质，使得酒店屡创佳绩，赢得了更多商旅客人的喜爱。
Mr. Simon Bao started his hotel career in Hilton Shanghai Jin’an, he previously worked for New World International Hotel management Co. Ltd, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Accor, Marriott International Group and Wanda Hotels & Resorts. With the rich experience, innovate concept and extraordinary leadership, Mr. Simon Bao adjusted the strategy accurately many times during the difficult period of the epidemic. He led the team to continuously improve service quality and made the hotel win the recognition from more business travelers.
工作之余，鲍方先生非常热衷于运动，以保持自己对生活的热情和活力。同时他也很喜欢旅行，他说在旅途中不仅可以体验到不同的文化，还可以感受到大自然的魅力，更能体会到酒店为宾客提供真诚体贴服务的重要性，进而又加深了他对行业本质的认识。
In the spare time, Mr. Simon Bao likes sports and traveling. He said that he could experience different cultures and the charm of nature in traveling, also can know how to provide better service to the customers when back to work.
